Fantastic experience: We worked with Theresa for about a year to buy a downsized home and sell our current home. She was quick to respond to questions, requests for information, setting up house tours and always on time. Our home sold above asking on the first weekend with minor contingencies. Our new home was a good deal on a great home for us. Both the sale and purchase closed on time without issue. Theresa is well connected in the industry and helped guide us thru the process of inspections, closing, etc, with trusted information. When we needed local contractors, Theresa provided local companies that were professional, courteous, responsive, and reasonably priced. Overall, a great, personable experience.

Fantastic experience: When Theresa called us to schedule an interview appointment, she knew exactly what questions she needed to ask to provide us with the best comps available to decide on how to price our home. Fantastic experience: What a great experience working with Theresa! Everything was first class, and she was so responsive. We interviewed 5 different relators and Theresa made us the most comfortable of all of them. One relator told us he sold many more houses than Theresa, but he would have listed our house for $15,000 less than what Theresa recommended (I guess you can sell more houses if the price is cheaper). We got more than we hoped for by using Theresa and sold our house in just 10 days. When we had concerns and reached out to her it didn't even matter to her that she was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, she called us right away and took care of the issue sending us specific paperwork we needed from there. Fantastic experience: I was retiring from active duty overseas, and Theresa was the only real estate agent who responded to my multiple emails sent to agencies - STAR 1. She was extremely knowledgeable about my remaining VA loan and actually taught me things as only a 2nd-time home buyer - STAR 2. We were dealing with a sea of short sale properties. We were both searching, and whenever I wanted to view a property, Theresa got me in to view as many as I wanted to look at - STAR 3. After going into contract, the closing became like a major migraine because selling agent was not completely transparent with us. Fantastic experience: 5 Stars is not enough to describe my interactions with Theresa, call her immediately and save yourself the headache and associated stress. She is very knowledgeable and super patient. She worked with me for over four years, super fickle I am, but she was always attentive and going out of her way to flex her schedule to meet mine. Additionally, she was always willing to have the hard conversations, you know the things you don't want to hear, but would be wise to take into account. When the time FINALLY came to purchase she was with me every step of the way ensuring everything was on schedule and sending updates via calls, texts and photos as inspections and repairs were happening. Theresa worked hard to make sure the warranty was far from basic and took into account the most important and expensive home repairs. After the purchase, she followed up a few months later to see how things were going. I never felt like just a client with her, I felt valued even though it was a long ordeal with my constant change in requirements. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
