Fantastic experience: We had an incredible experience working with Kayla to find and purchase our first home. We started working with Kayla before we were quite ready to buy and Kayla never made us feel pressured to buy before we were ready. When we did get serious, Kayla was right there with us on every tour. I loved hearing her opinions on the houses we saw but most importantly, she gave us room to ask questions and trust our gut without judgment. Her confidence that we would find the right place gave us the patience to wait for the perfect house and we could not be happier with where we ended up. Kayla was also unbelievably responsive, even texting us from her own rehearsal dinner. I would never expect that kind of response time because work/life balance is important but her quick responses, regular updates, and immediate outreach to sellers saved us a lot of anxious hours and days. Fantastic experience: Took us a while to sell our home. We heard about Bailey and how great she was. Well, she sold our house for way more than we anticipated!! I highly recommend this company and it's team.

Negative experience: Don’t work with Hayden, he’ll represent slum lords and be involved in finances (such as deposits) he should have no part in just to make commission. He was the person to tell us the house he was representing would not be paying us back a deposit because our slum lord said she’d fix the dry way, fence and counter top then left for a year. Zero integrity. When we moved out of the house he sold, we had to throw everything in the basement away due to mold. Feel bad for whoever bought from him.

It was a long distance purchase and she represented me seamlessly with the seller, the condo association and the closing agent.
