First, she connected me with a great general contractor who was immediately able to come to the house and complete my long list of minor repairs that made it shine. I had been trying for years to get contractors to drive out to Cornish to do all those small but necessary things but never had my calls returned. She also connected me to a great local moving company. Second, she spent a good part of a day walking me through my home advising me on how to stage it. Fantastic experience: We were probably challenging clients, especially since we wanted a house closer to my job to make my work commute easier, but, we did not want to leave our present home. Conflicted clients! Heidi was so patient with us! We quickly followed Heidi’s suggestions on how to prepare our home for sale. Then we saw a home we absolutely fell in love with that was receiving multiple offers. Immediately, Heidi came up with a brilliant strategy to make the stars align. She knew we needed a signed contract as proof that we were viable buyers for the home that was perfect for us. That meant we had to close before we could buy. So Heidi quickly listed our home so we could get buyers in without any delay. Then she approached a cash buyer and gave them a “reverse offer” for our home with the terms that were acceptable for all of us and got us under contract that evening, even over asking price! Heidi got both properties under contract within 24 hours of each other!! We needed to stay in our existing home until we closed on the new one, So she included this into our contract which worked out perfectly. WOW!!! We couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: Over the past 50 years I have been involved in buying and selling 10 homes. I have dealt with a number of brokers, Heidi is one of the best. She is very organized and comes to her clients with a game plan that is thought out. Heidi knows the market she is working in as a Sellers Broker or a Buyers Broker. She is always prepared. My recent experience with her was as a Selling Broker. She came to me with a step-by-step plan and pricing recommendation for the property. Fantastic experience: Heidi is not just an agent, she is a researcher (property records), therapist (listens and shares expertise yet makes sure you arrive at decisions yourself), paperwork sherpa (title company, etc) and home adoption coordinator (she has a sense of what homes are a good fit for people).
