We did not know a lot about Maine in general nor what the real estate market is like right now. Janice and Molly teamed up to preview many homes remotely after my wife’s initial visit, many of them as much as 1.5 hours away from their home office. We bid on 6 homes before finally winning a house in South Paris. Janice was so efficient and worked many long hours preparing the offers and doing market appraisals for each home we wanted to make an offer. Fantastic experience: My experience with the team from Keller Williams was more than I could have asked for. Bruce Kaplan, my agent and his associate Michele St. Onge met with me on Monday to discuss listing my property, we discussed price and timing. Bruce said it take a couple of days to get everything set up. He called later in the week to say that the property would be listed on Thursday and he would keep me up to date on appointments to show. I got word from Bruce of two appointments for Saturday. Before Saturday was over I had received and accepted a purchase offer. I'm sure Bruce would agree that getting and accepting a purchase offer on the first day a property was shown is not the norm, but Bruce worked hard to accomplish it in this case. I would trust this team with any future real estate transactions.
