FPB Investment Properties

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a fraud. They DO NOT have a physical address. Their Google address is a sham. They demanded double security deposit in addition to first and last months rent then trumped up false claims to take the money. Even with video proof of the contrary. The made us sign an"as is" lease which is unheard of making us pay for cleaning fees upon move in. Renters required to pay for any and all upkeep . They illegally showed the unit before move out date with less than 24 hours notice required by Florida law for tenants. DO NOT RENT from AJ or Roman. Buyer beware. Had to fight for security deposit as they were refusing to give any money back. My roommate still hasn't received hers. Company stole money from us.

Fantastic experience: Found a place listed by this company on Singer Island FL after driving through a neighborhood on Singer Island looking for a short term rental. Called number to inquire about it even though it was listed on several online rental services. Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo unit that was clean , tidy and even included some cleaning supplies, AND big bonus, free use of a washer and dryer on property that they even provided laundry soap for! Quiet building, close to everything, easy and simple check in process, good parking. Extremely fast wifi too! Would not hesitate to recommend any of this companies rentals. Highly recommend

The host and property manager (Roman and Dave, respectively) were proactive in their communication and we felt if we needed either of them for any issues (unlikely with this house, haha) we were confident the response would have been excellent. This is how it's done! We've already booked again for next year!

Fantastic experience: Laura Saintilus did a terrific job finding us a nice place at the last minute in Jupiter, FL. Initially we had booked a place that did not meet our expectations, but Laura stepped in and found something else for us immediately. She responded promptly whenever I had a question about the rental. Thanks to her, we had a lovely time in a lovely community that I would definitely return to.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the agent Iryna Lewis. She is amazing, very professional and efficient. Iryna helped us to go through all process without any stress. I am pregnant and wanted to close the deal asap, as we don’t have much time. From the very beginning we called her, she helped us with listings. After our dream home was found, she helped us to reduce the cost of 20 K! I can’t say less for closing process, it was smooth and easy with Iryna. I would recommend this agent to everyone and use her service again in the future! Because she is fully dedicated to what she is doing and on top of everything. Thank you so much Iryna, that was a great experience for 5 + stars!

Fantastic experience: We are very pleased with FBI's service. I have worked with Roman for many years and he has always been helpful and accommodating. The location of the condo, 275 Palm Ave. C304, is convenient and ideal. Laura helped us this year and very quickly responded to the few requests we made. We discussed some upgrades that would make this condo more appealing and she was agreeable and will talk with the owner. We are looking forward to returning in 2023.

Fantastic experience: We were so pleased with our stay and can’t say enough good things about the management of the property. Roman was extremely responsive on multiple occasions, going above and beyond to help us. Christmas gifts arrived before we did. Roman tracked them down at the multi-home property and had each package waiting in our place when we arrived. He also immediately responded with a solution when we’d locked ourselves out of the property, and he’s shipping an item we left behind back to our home. The property was clean, spacious and in great condition, walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Thanks for helping make this our home away from home!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to enjoy the vacations and very good service!

Fantastic experience: Working with Roman was absolutely a pleasure. Always answered my calls and all my questions. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for service! Glad to be your customer.

Negative experience: Do not rent from Roman! We rented an AirBNB through him. When we arrived at the home, there was an insect infestation (among other problems). The maid (who was quite nice) came by while we were there and confirmed the issues. Roman offered us a "Full Refund." However, when he refunded our money, he deducted all of the credit card and AirBNB fees. This is not a "full refund." It is also incredibly unprofessional that he would try to make us pay for these fees when he is the one who tried to rent an uninhabitable home.

Fantastic experience: Roman and his team are the very best in all categories, smart , always ahead of the curve , responsive and great advice and sheparding. i reccomend them without reservation. Daniel Deeter

Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with FPB Investment Properties for 2 years. First with a rental property and recently with the purchase of a home. Roman is reliable, personable and patient. He examples professionalism and was in the process from start to closing.
