The house would be sold ‘as is’ since it would take too long and cost too much (in the 6 figures) to fix. Fantastic experience: If you want an agent that will go above and beyond for you in your house searching journey, I would 100 percent recommend Ramez. My (now) wife and I originally went through the gambit of agents, from people with 20+ years of exp, fancy tech angles, and even contracted agents. A lot of it was the same. We saw tons of beautiful houses, but would always miss out by 5 or 10k. It was exhausting (Only putting 5% down wasn't helping either). Before working with Ramez were ready to give up on house hunting as we got closer to our wedding. We were even talking about staying in my 1 bedroom apartment for a year so we can save up for a larger down payment. Ramez kept finding us homes on and off the market, even working multiple times to negotiate offers. The last house we saw was off market, and we both loved it. We scored a great deal, (as good of a deal as you were going to get in this market) had to negotiate a couple times, and eventually got our house. We signed our thousand pages contract binding our soul for 30 years, two nights before our wedding. Fantastic experience: We met Ramez at an open house in Foster city.We hired him because he is eager to work and enthusiastic. When we told him our target area for a single family home is a couple of blocks he literally knocked on every door in the neighborhood to see if anyone was putting their house on the market. The house that we ultimately purchased came on the market on a Thursday 1/16, he showed us the house that evening itself. We were ready with our offer on Friday, the sellers took all the offers the following Monday and Monday evening we found out our offer was excepted. We closed on 2/6 (in 15 days) He also found us tenants within 5 days of our offer being excepted. He is very very prompt and very hardworking. Ramez also was very helpful when we were in contract for the house- to arrange for all the vendors to come and give us a quote on the potential repairs in the house. We had some vendors scheduled multiple times a day- Ramez was always there on time. He only had our interests in mind and showed us multiple houses before they came on the market to get us a good deal. I highly recommend Ramez and wish him only the best!
