Fantastic experience: We were in search of a Realtor licensed in the state of WV (home we were trying to sell); and MD (where we wanted our new home to be). We were not having great luck running into an agent with such credentials. Ironically we received Paul and Ashley's marketing brochure in the mail one afternoon and decided to give them a call. When Paul and Ashley arrived at our home the first thing my Husband and I noticed was the genuine care and attentiveness to our specific needs each of them portrayed. What we believe set Paul and Ashley apart from the prior Realtors we had met with were the following (1) They provided history of their experience in the real estate industry and comparables within the marketplace to show buying trend (best time to list our home) (2) Paul and Ashley detailed the positive features of our current home; and provided necessary feedback and direction to ensure our property sold in less than 30 days (sold in 4) (3) In conjunction with listing our current home; Paul and Ashley requested we provide details of location, features, and any additional amenities (i.e. schools, recreation, pool, etc..) we’d like in our new home (4) The personal attention provided in our new home search from visiting properties, and meeting with builder; to asking “all of the questions” of our current builder we did not think to ask; were most welcomed. Fantastic experience: We had met Ashley when I found a home on Zillow. We immediately felt a good vibe with her. Soon after, her and Paul became our full time realtors and we just loved them. Always willing to help, super personable, knowledgeable and pretty much available whenever you need them.....you ask to look at a house and you are looking at it that evening or the next day. They went through the agony of looking for months with us...even going through a 4.5 hr inspection and never complaining once ( love you Paul! ).
