Fantastic experience: I was briefly without heat during a very cold period due to a cracked refrigerant tube in my heat pump. Even though it was a busy time for the heating and air techs, Jones Assurance Property Management assured me they would get someone to come by and in fact they did. The next day the heat pump was repaired and I had heat again. They have been great to work with.

I really appreciated their modern approach to things like online payments, rent reporting to the credit bureaus, renters insurance, pest control, and easy maintenance requests were all included in their resident benefits package and made life so much easier. What truly set the experience apart, though, was Megan. She has such a bubbly, friendly personality and was always understanding and helpful. She made everything feel more personal and welcoming. Thanks to her, my experience with Jones Assurance was genuinely great!

Fantastic experience: I have never personally used Jones Assurance. But I have seen Kyle in action. 80% of my time was spent in Swirl. Jones Assurance was located in the office there. Kyle is ALWAYS respectful to others. He is also a very fair man. His company means A LOT to him and that shows in the way he treats people and in his ethics. He is an honest person and anyone that has any business transactions or personal ones with him can trust him not to be underhanded or sneaky with them. If I ever do need to go to a property management service I will definitely be depending on Jones Assurance.

Fantastic experience: Kyle is truly passionate about what he does and that passion is displayed through his responsiveness, professionalism and his drive for excellence. When we were ready to rent our property, Kyle immediately put out signage in strategic locations to guide potential renters to the property. He also came out the same day and took panoramic photos, which were uploaded to the Jones Assurance website and other real estate marketing sites. Not only did Kyle find a renter quickly, but he communicated with us every step of the way to ensure that we were completely satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I had a piece of property that opened for rent and we already had a 2week vacation planned.I turned this over to Kyle Jones before leaving town. He put out signs, had pictures on the web sight, showed my property and qualified an individual interested in renting-keeping me informed all the while. When I returned I meet my new renter and signed the rental agreement. In one word to describe Kyle it would "Professional"- think I'll plan another vacation the next time I have an opening in another rental property!
