Fantastic experience: I’m currently a renter and it’s always wise to solicit a realtor/Agency when searching for a rental property since to me realtors can eliminate MOST SCAMS that comes along with rental searching. I’d like to start by saying, I decided to read through a few random reviews regarding Natascha and could TRULY AGREE with EVERY POSITIVE description of her character WHOLEHEARTEDLY. I found Natascha by googling “realtors near me” since I’m currently in the area of her office. There were two whom popped up however Natascha’s name was listed several times each time I searched for a realtor “near me” & with heart-warming reviews, I might add. (allow me to step back a moment) the first time Natascha’s name came up I unsuccessfully reached out to her on 3 separate occasions via (2-calls & 1 text) without any response back therefore I decided to search for a different realtor and THERE GOES Natascha’s name again. I then began curiosiously seeking her expertise. I therefore sent her a detailed text asking for her assistance in my search. Today, We are currently searching however, she’s been a breath of fresh air I giving me hope. Property searching of any kind can be very tedious. Did I also mention she’s SAVED & a woman of God? Yes! I felt her spirit through our first initial phone conversation while giving her the details of my (semi complexed) situation. Natascha is Professional, Trustworthy, she’s persistent just as we are (being her clients) she’s Understanding, loving and kind. She’s patient and has a calmness in her spirit, about her. I’ve also learned a few tips from her in regards to credit repair in this short amount of time. I actually met Natascha in late September (2023) I WILL BE purchasing my first home in (1-2) years #ButGOD as I look forward to Natascha’s assistance in doing that as well. Im currently working on my credit so that I TOO could own my first dream home. In wrapping this up, so in a nut shell, I deservingly gave Natascha 5 stars and so, whether I find a rental THIS YEAR or the NEXT, Natascha is a beautiful person inside & out, & she’s truly a pleasure to work with.
