She walked into our home for the very first introduction and completely had our trust and signed listing that very night. She walked us through every single step of the way, and every time there was a question, she answered it immediately. I felt bad asking things during the weekends and at night, but she always replied instantly. From every showing, to inspections, to corrections/fixes, she was always there with her help. the most professional and competent person I have ever worked with. Fantastic experience: Alright, so this review is a couple months overdue because I needed to make sure that I had the time to write it. We worked with Elizabeth Velazquez from McColly. I was very hesitant to move from our little town home to a bigger home just because of the rates and the market right now. Elizabeth made sure that it was absolutely no pressure at all and we were able to slowly progress into getting more serious and more excited about moving into another home. She took the time to explain the process, explain things to where I could understand and grasp, and also threw some very helpful recommendations and resources our way. We were not in the dark for any of our process. The selling of our home was a breeze and especially in a time where the market could go either way, we got our home listed and sold within 2-3weeks. Elizabeth made sure that our house was listing ready and hired a photographer that truly captured the beauty of what was once our home. On buying the new house, there came a point where the mortgage lender (that of course was the one recommendation that I didn’t take from her) had a bump in the road, but Elizabeth wasn’t afraid to speak facts and ultimately helped us through that hiccup. She was there for almost every step of the process and when we put in multiple offers on the first home, she was very quick with the paperwork and explained it throughly. If there is something she was unsure of (which was hardly anything) she was not afraid to speak with her team to get it figured out and squared away. Ultimately, that first house we put an offer in ended up still being on the market for whatever reason (till this day) and we ended up putting an offer in on a brand new build. This worked out better in so many ways. We closed on our new and old house on the same day. The process was seamless. For an already stressful time with adding kids to the mix, she made all the technical stuff not so bad. We say we will never move again but honestly if we do, Elizabeth will be the first one to call. On top of all that, she is very involved in her community and to me, that just shows she cares so much about the world around her, not just her paycheck. Thanks so much Liz!!!!!
