Fantastic experience: Very professional, straightforward. Other tenants tend to be a problem towards staff, but as long as you pay your rent theres no problems.

Negative experience: Paid the application fee. March 22nd On the website it says 2-3 business days to process. I called and they said it was really 7-10 business days. It is now April 7 and I haven’t heard anything. I just want my $30 back. Don’t take the app fee and disappear.

Negative experience: This is the worst rental company..they rent a house out down the street from me and everybody they rent the house too is horrible! The tenants there now keep the police down their and too much company! This is a quiet block but not at that house!

Fantastic experience: It's been almost 6 years and i still get butterflies doing business with Max Management. My family and I are having a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with Max Management. If I call, text or email I ALWAYS get a response ASAP!!!! When i speak with Gaby, Denisse or anyone in the office they are always so nice and professional. Negative experience: First year renting from them. I had a little hiccup with my check and I told them. They continually blow up my phone after I said I would pay the late fees that accumulating once my check arrive. They decided to try to put an eviction crazy part the money owed was only $100. They claimed they worked with me, but I mean they didn’t besides blowing down my damn phone every day even after I explained to them. Plus they tried to play clueless that they had mice before. They tried to pull that I had 30 days to find something, yet I moved in during the summertime anyone with common sense will know mice only come in when it’s cold. I had to tell them I would take it out rent just for them to send someone out. I read some of the reviews obviously they knew about mice infestation. Yeah 0/10 wouldn’t recommend they are impatient as if they won’t get their money. I never had to deal with a company that knows the situation and will still constantly blow your phone down. & thinking a notice will scare someone.

Negative experience: My experience with them was very disappointing. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and when issues with the property arose, they were either ignored or poorly handled. The lack of responsiveness and overall neglect made for a very unpleasant experience. I strongly advise against using this property manager if you’re looking for someone reliable and attentive.

Negative experience: Roaches, Mice, broken, appliances. This is my initial opinion as I Just moved in four days ago and haven’t been able to cook for my family. Nipsco ticketed the stove because it was causing CO. Day 2 I saw roaches in the kitchen. day 3 mice. You would think they would do something right away but have been slow to remedy the situation. The property manager Gaby was aggressive and pressing about me being quick to rent the home because “it was really nice and wouldn’t last available” yea right … you would think they check out everything to make sure before they rent it out

Negative experience: If I could give them a zero, I definitely would. This management company is HORRIBLE! If I had known how rude and utterly unprofessional these people were, I would have NEVER rented anything from them. Gaby is the rudest nastiest individual that I have ever encountered in a professional setting. Don't do business with people who can't treat their tenants with common decency. And if you ever have issues with any of their staff members, they will gaslight you until the bitter end and won't allow you to file a complaint at all. Stay far away!

Negative experience: If i could give this place a zero i would have..... This place has a communication issue . They are out to collect your application fee. They never have a list of homes . They also will call you the day of to look at a place . They dont care if you have a job . They would move on to the next. No accommodation. .

Negative experience: 0 stars if I could. Gaby Robles took $30 for an application fee and denied doing so. Will not be able to get in contact with anyone unless you intentionally wait until the 5th to be late on rent. They have multiple phone numbers that contact you. They have 1 (one) “text only” number to reach them. On a month to month lease but they need a 60 day notice you are leaving for a security deposit return.

Positive experience: Been living here for two years very wonderful people. If I need help or repairs they always make sure they get the job done.. if you looking for a new home in NWI I recommend them

Negative experience: This company buys houses and evicts the tenants for any reason as soon as they can they served my friend a eviction notice for being 2 weeks late on rent and gave them a week to get out as soon as they bought the property

Negative experience: I have never dealt with such rude and impatient people in my life. I rent a Hammond property managed by this Company. Horrible experience!!!! I went to the office to clear up some utilitiy fees I incurred and just didn't understand the billing. We are not allowed to pay our water bill directly to the water company so we have to pay the property management Company after they receive our bill. All I wanted was someone to go over the bill with me so I can make the cirrect payment. I spoke to Gaby and Alison. Gaby kept raising her voice and saying she doesn't understand what I don't get. I told her I'm just confused about the dates my bill was due. she continues to yell so I left and came back with a money order to pay everything. I told her I still didn't understand but I'll pay it. I also told her I never used the new tenant portal that Alison said was just put up a month ago. I was trying to tell her there was no break down of fees on the old portal. She said I did see it and I'm calling her a liar and she will prove it. I asked her to please calm down and stop yelling. She said she's not yelling but I m insulting her intelligence by tell her I never saw the new portal. There was a lady Maria in the back office so I asked her if I can just have the owners info. She said I am Maria the project manager and I m not giving you that information. I said ok fine. Maria came from behind her desk yelling and telling me to get out because Im irritating her. The whole time I have my 3 year old with me and felt like I needed to get her out of there or this Maria lady was going to hit me . When my daughter and myself walked out the door Maria slammed it on my face and locked it. I have never been so insuinsu and disrespected in my life. I would have thought the project manager Maria would have done something witnessing and hearing Maria going crazy like that but she did not. She also had a snide attitude and chuckled when she said I can't talk to anyone with higher authority to report this to. I almost wanted to call the police because the lady Maria kept getting out of her seat yelling and my daughter was crying. She took my money orfers that were paid in full and basically slammed the door on me. Very bad customer service and just down right disrespectful and rude Signed Extremely upset tenant
