Long story short, I had a deadline to sell before that happened. Amy stayed in constant touch with me and notified me of all updates, things to do, repairs and getting me to a sale. She gave so much of her time and energy to make sure showings were lined up and worked out a great deal to lock in the sale, which she achieved just a day or two before foreclosure— a deadline I personally thought was impossible. Amy helped during the entire process and even helped us way after our warranty had ended. They built our deck and installed our pool as well as other small jobs around our house. Amy showed us nothing but respect and kindness and would definitely have them build us another if we ever decide to move.

Fantastic experience: I wish there were more stars as five isn't enough to reflect how happy we are with the job that Amy did in selling our folks' house. Before we listed it, we assumed that it would take many months, perhaps a year or two, to sell this particular property. Amy told us that it could very well take that long.
