Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend Sam! When my wife and I made the difficult decision to sell our home, we immediately contacted Sam to help us figure out a game plan. We had sold our previous home and bought the current home with him and always walked away with the best outcome. This time was no different. Sam spent tons of time running comps, helping us prepare for photos, coordinating with buyer’s agents, and made sure the closing process was super smooth. We had a contract in 5 days and closed on time with full asking. Sam even helped us coordinate a cleaning service since we were moving about 3.5 hours away.
