Fantastic experience: Outstanding real estate agent! We were moving from New York to Virginia and on a VERY tight timeline. Lots of moving pieces so needed an agent who could find us what we needed QUICKLY. Also, we had lots of very specific requirements for multiple properties. Charity was the perfect match - kept everything super organized and kept the good suggestions coming. Eventually we came down for a "search weekend" - Charity had lined up 18 homes from our "short list" for us to see over those two days. SUPER efficient and organized. On one home she came up with a creative offer that got us the deal. She kept all of the deals on track and everything closed on time. AND...every time we talked to her we got nothing but upbeat and cheerful...just a ray of sunshine (we are from New York - I was used to a "different" attitude. This was a refreshing change). Great person, great realtor, and was a great resource for help and services once we moved down here.
