Fantastic experience: Yellow Key management company responses immediately to any request that is submitted. I have never been so happy with a management company as I am with this one They take very good care of all their tenants and no problem is too small for them to address immediately. The communication with Yellow Key property is excellent, Constant communication until the job is done.

Negative experience: Don't recommend. Think twice before using this company. They ended my contract early while I still had a tenant in the house. Left me with a very bad tenant. They wont provide proof that they vetted the tenant, such as proof of income, cash Flow (consecutive bank statements), 1099s, W-2s, filed tax returns, Employment/Business Verification, or credit details and score. The tenant skipped rent twice and left utility bills in my name, along with damage to the house I had to pay for. I had to pay to get new tenants in. I was deployed and not in Chicago, so that I couldn't manage the property myself, and it left me with a mess that cost about 10k in damages, time off work, and bills. Ultimately, I paid them to find good tenants; they got a bad one, and they left me to manage it myself while I was deployed. I had to cover the damage. I want my fee back for the first month's rent because of this, but based on prior emails, I will have to use certified mail since I haven't heard back from them.

They coordinated with and secured a company that did a great job rebuilding our porch and balcony. They also helped us out with a difficult roof replacement. Most recently, I had a washing machine fail and flood my laundry room and finished basement. I called Yellow Key at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and they arrived at my property with a mediation company within 90 minutes. Work started the same day. They do a great job maintaining their properties and use high quality companies for repairs.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional & unreliable realtor group i’ve ever come across. Don’t work with Anthony Holubecki. Took an ungodly amount of of calls and messages to get a hold of someone. I scheduled a showing with them and no one showed up, even after receiving a confirmation for the showing the day off. Was planning on buying a home soon and would never use realtor.
