Fantastic experience: My wife and I found Kris on Zillow in November 2020. Kris was immediately welcoming and proactive in helping us find a house. We saw countless houses with Kris, making many offers in a hot market. We had 2 houses that ultimately didn't work out, but Kris worked tirelessly to ensure we found a house that met our needs. He was always responsive via text message, phone call, email, etc. throughout the entire process. He would get us into houses sometimes same day which was important in the market that we are in. Once we found the house and had an offer accepted, he made sure to walk us through the entire process from the inspection to closing (May 2021). Then at the end of June, he called and said that there was a serious buyer. Through his negotiation skill, he was able to get to the price I would accept. It was closed in August. Fantastic experience: The very first house we looked at, Kris told us that it was the one. He also told us that we needed to move quickly as the house wouldn't be on the market for long. It's hard to commit to such a big decision without doing your due diligence, so we did. He was absolutely right and we lost the house. I quickly learned that I could trust his judgment as he always provided an honest assessment of the houses that followed. As it turned out, that first house would be the best we would find for quite some time. We worked with Kris for months and months in search of our perfect home. At points, we were apologizing to him after seeing 5 homes in a day to no avail. While we may have felt bad, he remained patient and kind and was in complete agreement that we keep looking. Throughout the process he was punctual, answered every phone call, and gave prompt attention to our requests and met them with urgency. Beyond those traits that make him an excellent real estate agent, he's the most enjoyable individual to be around as well. He made the house hunting process exciting and enjoyable. At times we would get discouraged and his sense of humor and encouragement would always lift us up. Eventually we found our perfect home and even that process presented its challenges.
