Fantastic experience: Steve Hoem had sold our home in Minnesota when we moved to Indiana. We knew that when we moved back to Minnesota that we would have to find places that met our criteria on line and trust Steve to help us find the right home. Steve met with us in September and spent hours with us helping us understand the process of buying our next house. He carefully asked questions and heard what we were asking for. We contacted him in January with a house we were interested in and he set up a showing that very day. He did a video call with us so we could see the house as he walked through.
