Fantastic experience: I worked with Justin Beahen during a slow and challenging market at the end of October 2024, but within a two houses, we were able to find the perfect place within our budget and close by November 20, 2024 . The entire process from start to finish was painless considering the issues our friends who bought houses recently had during their home buying adventures. Call it luck, or call it great timing, but the work Justin put in from the start really allowed for us to be relaxed while looking for our perfect place, and his organization and responsiveness during the short timeframe for the closing of the house was excellent; even if the questions we had weren’t answered right away, we always got an answer within a day. Overall, we had a great experience working with Justin as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home or investment property in the greater Minneapolis and/or surrounding areas.
