All throughout the process he has been professional, honest, and very communicative. Always able to accommodate viewings even with my busy schedule and he helped breakdown anything I didn't understand, which was a lot. I couldn't ask for more in a Realtor! I also want to give a big THANKS to the team at EXP - Carrie and Carlo. They are simply outstanding! Behind the scenes Carrie is AMAZING! I wasn't a million dollar property but was treated as such by her and Carlo. Fantastic experience: Carlo Drogo was truly a hero from beginning to end. I had an old townhouse that needed lots of love, and I almost let it go to one of those "cash for houses" businesses. But Carlo recommended a regular "as-is" sale and set a price I didn't imagine I could ask. He handled the entire process, and I had about 4 offers within 24 hours. In the end, I got full ask from a cash investor! Carlo was very communicative during the process and was quick to answer my questions in detail.
