Fantastic experience: I have known Michelle for several years now, she was selling a house we were renting. She helped us find a new rental, she and gave us information on buying a house. She was available for any question that I threw her way. She even took time from her Sunday to show us a home. We were messaging back and forth on a day that she had off and had company over. During our journey, since I met Michelle in 2023, my family and I have been through a lot of ups and downs, including the lose of household family members who were closeI, she stood by us and helped in any way that she could. Taylor in her office has been professional and I have come to further appreciate her attention to details around contracts. Fantastic experience: We listed our deceased's father mobile home, which was situate on a beautiful large property. Unfortunately, most banks won't mortgage Mobile Homes unless they were double-wide. Many times I was discouraged, but Michele would always say that "there is a buyer for every house". Sure enough, she was right. Michele was professional in every way. She answered our questions always and she was extremely responsive. Settlement/Closing was a breeze. We would definitely choose her again!
