Fantastic experience: Carrie was outstanding. She connected and established a partnership with my lender, asked for my needs-and-wants list, requested 3–4 homes weekly and my availability, and came to showings prepared with property printouts and background from listing agents. She explained every document on a call so I knew what I was signing, and we submitted offers on virtually every eligible property with terms that protected both me and the seller. Carrie kept me informed at every step, even when there was very little to update me on, and I felt confident in every offer because we discussed possible outcomes up front. As a first-time homebuyer who’s been working toward this for years, Carrie’s responsiveness, organization, and partnership made all the difference! I highly recommend her!!

Negative experience: FIND ANOTHER REALTOR ASAP. My wife and I were shown a property by one of Keller Williams realtors, Mr. Yogesh U. Thakur. We chose to view this place because it was within our price range of $2200 a month. After being shown the property, I advised the realtor we would be in touch as I would like to discuss with my wife. After discussing with my wife I called Mr. Thakur and spoke about applying and if there was any criteria that would make us disqualified as the application would cost $100. Mr. Thakur advised me that the landlord did not accept any other applicants nor advised of any pending applications as we were told the landlord was looking for a family to fill the occupancy. After being convinced that we were clear to apply we began the process and paid the fee. As expected we fulfilled all the requirements. After we had filled the application out the realtor Mr. Thakur advised us that he was submitting the application for $2500 a month. He stated they had received multiple offers for 2500 and 2600 respectively but failed to advise us prior. We advised Mr. Thakur that this price change was never discussed with us prior to filling the application and if it was we would have never applied as this was out of our price range. As a result of this misrepresentation we incurred a $100 expense but more damaging we both received Hard credit pulls on our credit history as a result. When we tried to discuss with the realtor we were called liars repeatedly and placed the property as a pawn over our heads. We would advise anyone to not use for this company as they base their success on dishonesty.

Understanding the Process
I understand your disappointment regarding the change in the offer price. I want to clarify some aspects of how the rental market operates under New Jersey State law. Once a property is listed on the open market, we are obligated to present all offers to the landlord/seller up until the day of settlement. The ultimate decision on how to proceed, including which offer to accept or if they wish to counter, rests solely with the landlord/seller. As realtors, we can provide advice and guidance, but we cannot make decisions on behalf of our clients, as it is their property. They have the right to choose the offer that best suits their needs.
Our Application Process
Regarding the application fee and credit pulls, we utilize a third-party credit system. This system is designed to give every applicant an equal opportunity to have their application reviewed in the most unbiased manner possible.
I understand that this situation has been upsetting, and I regret any miscommunication or distress it caused. We take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing your experience internally to ensure we maintain the highest standards of service and communication.

Negative experience: Contacted Holly Wurderk-Ariza a week ago to schedule multiple appointments to see houses in Cumberland County. She wanted to know why we would ever want to buy in this county. After four days and multiple attempts to contact her by phone, text and email. She had only scheduled 2 the day before and after signing forms and sending her our pre-qualifications, called and canceled the night before telling us she would understand if we went with another agent. What a waste of time and effort. If she did not our business, she should have told us in the beginning.

Negative experience: Original post sent. NO REPLY This letter is being sent for your review as owner of this company. This email was sent to my realtor, lawyer and title comany this evening. Requested response date is February 17, 2020, by 5pm. Thank you Good Day, This letter is being directed to the seller Ajax 2018 - B REO CORPORATION and Dream Home Abstract. i have expressed and formally sent an email to my realtor expressing my disinterest in purchasing this property on February 5, 2020. This afternoon I spoke with my realtor, again, regarding this matter. I was told the seller's broker finally replied to her after I had requested a response by February 13, 2020. This request was made, when we spoke on the telephone, the afternoon of February 12, 2020. At that time, again, I reinforced my desire not to continue any negotiations regarding said property. Again, this is in lieu of the email sent on Feb 5th. After sending the email on Feb 5th, I had received a call, within 48 hours, stating that the seller was willing to give me a couple thousand dollars to stay in the deal. At this time, I told her I would not make a decision about continuing the deal until I had the plumbing and sewer lines checked due to evident flooding, disconnected pipes and pipes that have visible water leakage as well as one pipe has a full bucket of water underneath it. The flooding issue was confirmed by my home inspector, report can be supplied and remember the property has an abundance of mold in the basement where the flooding occurred. Also, I needed to know an exact amount they were willing to deduce from my offer as a seller's concession. For days we have not been able to coordinate a turn on date for the water and after multiple texts, my realtor, then tells me the water company cannot turn it on the day I scheduled the plumber inspection. That date was February 13th. In addition, we weren't able to get the water turned on Saturday, February 8, 2020. I also had an appointment scheduled with the plumber on that date. After all this back and forth with her and all the various road blocks, as she puts it, being the seller's broker's fault, as well as, the water company, we are now at the 5-yard line and nowhere to go. I repeatedly incur numerous disappointments with your team: my realtor, sellers broker and anyone else involved in not getting anything done efficiently when it comes to having my best interest in mind. I have never been able to get complete answers about anything until I decide to take myself out of this fiasco now you, the seller, decide to mandate that I accept $2,000 off of my original offer of $29,000, or if I don't accept, you will tell the title company to withhold my $1,000 deposit. I played fair and have done nothing wrong during this entire deal and do not appreciate the anxiety, stress, disrespect, and ineffectiveness from your team that I have repeatedly endured. We are at the 5-yard line and I'm ready to finish this deal. It is up to you which way this goes. I need an answer, in writing, by 5 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2020. Depending on your decision will let me know which way this needs to go! All of my texts and emails back and forth with my realtor have been forwarded to my lawyer. I look forward to hearing from you. In addition, I have added some members from the title company. I do want someone, outside of this negotiation team, to not be aware of what's been happening and why we have reached this point. Negative experience: I found a house I was interested in on Zillow. I submitted a question through the website and I got a text from someone from this office saying they'll call in 10 minutes. An hour goes by and I text back asking if they're going to still reach out. I finally get a call and asked a bunch of questions that were important to me to consider this house. I get told that they'll email me the listing . Great, I figured all my questions would be answered . Nope... The listing had NONE of the information I requested filled in. Figured that would have been checked prior to it being sent over .I emailed back on 5/30 with the same questions and asked for other listings in the area. I never received an email back. The home buying and selling process is stressful enough without having to deal with a place that doesn't want to work with you . Glad I found out how I'd be treated prior to getting to deep with them . Also be careful about their rating without reading reviews since a bunch of the 5 stars are from their agents. That's false advertising for customers who notice the Star rating first

Negative experience: Our first experience searching for homes With a Keller Williams realtor was awe full. Our scheduled Time was at 2:30pm. We arrived to where miss Carolyn “Jane” scheduled us at 2:15pm which was her office at KW Vineland NJ location. We contacted her when we got there and she mentioned she was running late, to then inform us that the house we were interested in was under contract and we couldn’t go see it. Eventually we ended getting an ok from her to go by a house that we weren’t interested in but it was the only one she could show us. After we arrived to the home we had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes for her to arrive. When she did I had my family there with me and she didn’t even introduce her self or cared to know who was with me. She was very unprofessional and showed very little interest in doing her job. No apologies not even when she arrived, only menetion how her day was a little too crazy. After all we took our time to also write an email to her to tell her how we felt about her service and her respoce was “I understand and apologize. Good luck with you home search.” Very unprofessional and rude. But good luck as she said if anyone chooses to deal with her.
