Fantastic experience: Our home sale was definitely one for the books, and only someone with the knowledge, tools, and talent of Sherry Flathman (and her incredible team at Wagner Realty) could have possibly pulled it all together… and somehow even managed to close on time! The home was inherited, not properly closed through probate, had English and Spanish speakers that needed a translator, was behind on taxes, and the property was also in distress… I mean seriously, there was nothing easy about this listing. But throughout the entire process, Sherry was absolutely amazing and managed to help us navigate like a pro through all of the hurdles– leaving both buyers and sellers quite pleased with the outcome. I live in Virginia, she told me exactly what to expect (the condo would sell quickly and 4 showings were already set for that day).
