She was really helpful when we had to deal with a difficult seller. She Aldo has service providers that she uses on a regular basis to help get needed work done. Fantastic experience: I really did not know who to call for a realtor. Then my daughter's invited me to her friend's party where I meet Jen. A few weeks later I called Jen and told her what I was looking for. She proceeded to send me emails of listing for about 3 or 4 months. I finally found a house, in this very tight real estate market, that would work and had Jen write a contract on it. She was very knowledgeable about writing the contract and suggested a couple of different clauses to insert to help me get the deal. There were quite a few concerns and issues that came up during the process leading up to the closing. Each and every time I called Jen, she either answered the phone or returned my call within a couple of hours. She immediately addressed and worked out any and all problems and issues that came up in a very timely manner.
