I am a first time homeowner and single Mom of a daughter with autism, we now have our dream home and a house for my daughter to live in when I am no longer with her. Couldn't be happier with their services! Thank you ReMax Flat Rock!!!

Negative experience: Working with them was a nightmare. Realtor was very lazy and did not keep me informed of the overall progress at all. We signed a purchase agreement in April but by Nov she still did not have a closing date. I needed a car repair one day but she made me think we were going to close so I didn't get my car fixed. Found out later she knew full well we would not close that day. After our contract had expired, she refused to take down the listing and did everything she could to make my life a nightmare and keep me from going to a new realtor. Her office threatened me with legal action even though our contract had been expired for a month. She refused to send release documents. She is a very nasty and difficult person to work with. If she worked as hard at selling a house as she does trying to force a client to stay in an expired contract, we would all have been better off. Lazy and difficult, dishonest.
