He also had contacts ready to answer any questions that he could not address himself; for example, we considered a property that would need an addition, and Jimbo coordinated for a contractor friend of us to meet us at the home visit before we submitted an offer to discuss options and pricing. Jimbo was extremely prompt and responsive in all phases. We also really appreciated that Jimbo never pushed us toward buying a property; he was patient as we waited to find the right one which took the better part of a year given the limited inventory at this time. We chose Jimbo initially based on other exceptional reviews and a positive first impression after the first time that we spoke with him by phone. Because we were not located in the immediate area, he also was helpful in offering to preview properties for us or FaceTime to show us properties.
