Fantastic experience: I first met Mitchell in 2017 when my wife and I were in the market for a condo in Ocean City, MD. A unit came on the market, and we wanted to see it the very next day along with several other properties. Mitchell was able to accommodate us in the short notice and show us the properties. Unfortunately, those properties turned out not to be the one for us. Now that Mitchell had an idea what we were looking for he found us a property at the Carousel Condominium Building within 30 days of our initial contact. This property ended up being perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Mitchell was able to negotiate a great price for us. Mitchell helped us through all the steps leading up to settlement. This included helping us secure the correct financing for the Carousel Building is very specific and can be tricky. This ultimately saved the deal, and the rest of the settlement went smooth and without incident. Fantastic experience: It is hard to believe as we look back that we started working with Mitchell in 2019 to help us purchase a beachfront condo in OCMD. He has been one of the most thoughtful and respectful persons we have encountered in our life. We were very resolute in what we wanted and that never bothered him and he never wavered. Mitchell exceeded all of our expectations. Fantastic experience: If I had the opportunity to play God and create the perfect buyer’s agent for an Ocean City Maryland condo purchase, I would make sure the person had a true understanding of local “beach life” along with the most comprehensive real estate knowledge possible. This realtor would be accessible to clients and have excellent communication skills. Patience would be high on the list of must-haves, as this person would need to give frequent updates but never be pushy. Being tech-savvy and providing personalized searches and timely feedback would be much appreciated. Having a personal sense of optimism would be a big plus, because the “impossible dream” list is long (ocean front, pool view, 3rd bedroom option, beautiful campus, family friendly amenities, etc.), and the budget is set. Fantastic experience: We had been thinking about buying a OC vacation home for a few years. After looking through online listings for weeks, we decided to take the next step and find a buyer’s agent. We found Mitch’s blog posts regarding the market and the ins and out of purchasing a property in OC. His blog posts are extremely informative and contain valuable information for buyers. Based on his knowledge and experience, Mitch was able to advise us as to whether or not a property that we had interest in seeing would fit within our criteria, but in the end, he always let us draw our own conclusions. Most importantly, he worked his schedule to fit in our “hey, we have got to see this property ASAP” requests. He patiently worked through our search evolution until we found the right fit for us. Mitch takes the time to get to know his clients, is patient, and is NEVER pushy. He truly wants his clients to find the perfect fit for them. His guidance during the offer process was spot on and very much appreciated and his many connections in the market served us well for a lot of the services we eventually needed. Our story…We had been looking for over a year for a condo in Ocean City, MD with no success. We kept on looking ourselves online, though that process is quite overwhelming. After looking for many months we able to really narrow down exactly what we wanted. We saw something online and contacted the agent on the listing, which was Mitchell David. Going with him was the best decision we ever made! After emails back and forth with him, he set us up with automatic emails of condos that came on the market that fit our specific parameters. Only new listings with our specifics came to us. What we found exceptional about Mitchell was that he was not a hard seller, meaning he didn’t push us to go for every condo we mentioned to him. In fact, just he opposite occurred! An example of this, we had seen online a condo that looked really promising and we were anxious to see it. Since this was during COVID-19 and we lived 3 hours away, Mitchell was willing to check the place out for us and let us know what he thought about it first. As it turned out, the place was not suitable for us, and he gave us a detailed description of it and the reasons he would not recommend it for us. I cannot say enough about Mitchell, other qualities we found outstanding were his organization skills, attention to details, responsiveness to emails, texts, and calls, and his willingness to accommodate our schedules. It was great the way Mitchell was so organized that when he responded to an email or a text, (and he ALWAYS responded in a timely manner, even if it was late in the evening), he was very thorough, giving us the pertinent details and information, we needed. Fantastic experience: I would not buy a property in O.C MD without Mitchell as your realtor. He was extremely helpful in every step of the process (we were first-time vacation rental buyers) -- He showed us a variety of properties and was prepared and knowledgeable about the properties. During those showings he let us soak in the pros and cons, and offered insight where it was needed. At no point did I ever feel like I was pressured or being "sold" on a property. After several viewings we put in an offer on a property we liked, while thinking about the counter-offer he sensed our hesitation and advised us to wait (in a testament to his character he did not push us so he could have a "sale'). Our personal experience included selling our 2nd home faster then we ever imagined. Fantastic experience: We started with Mitchell over 5 years ago over the 4th of July weekend looking for a potential vacation home that met the specific needs of both myself and my wife. Not an easy task! First, to mention at that time Mitchell was the ONLY realtor that took the time over that busy weekend to not only call us back- but to get us into places that met our criteria for vacationing.
