Fantastic experience: Jessica is best! We sold our house at the peak of interest rate hike, above asking price. Very happy with the results! Initially we weren't so sure if this was the best time to sell since it was still during winter months, and the rates were way high. Jessica reviewed the market thoroughly with us, talked us through our goals, and explained the pros and cons, and we decided to list. She also didn't just want to rush to list to make a commission, instead she encouraged us to update certain aspects of the property to make it show the best even though it meant to take a little bit longer to list, and guided us through the whole process. She also connected us with her awesome designer, Marlene, who helped us make the place beautiful. It was a success from the start - lots of interest from the day the house was listed. During the negotiation process, she also guided us to accept a clean offer to maximize the odds of closing. She took us for quite a few tours and was always very patient. In these tours she would speak very open in the pros and cons she saw in each house we looked at instead of simply convincing us to make a deal. In this process we were interested in a few houses and considered to place an offer. The suggested prices she gave us turned out to be really close to the final selling prices (we did not proceed since they were too popular). This really impressed us since most of these houses had multiple bids and it required very good understanding of the market to estimate the price reasonably.
