Fantastic experience: Connie was truly excellent. She advised us on our offering price, and kept in close contact with the seller's realtor. She put us in touch with an excellent attorney, the insurance agent, and she arranged the inspection. She identified and put us in touch with tradesmen who had worked on the property so we could get their evaluations and reports. When our attorney discovered several open permits that needed to be closed, she worked with our attorney to see that they were closed promptly. She helped us negotiate what furniture, etc. the seller was taking and what he was leaving for us. Throughout, she kept in close contact with us, and was available whenever we needed her guidance and advice. I recommend her without any reservation, as I'm sure she will guide and support her future clients as she so capably did us.

We were first time buyers who were thrown into a crazy market when we were finally ready to purchase a home. By luck, we were connected with Connie through a website.
