Fantastic experience: My wife and I had the rare experience of working with a real estate team that exceeded expectations at every turn. Anthony and Happy (and the whole TurnKey Team) guided us through selling our condo and purchasing our new home at the same time—a process that could have been overwhelming, but they made it feel seamless and fully under control. From the outset, their professionalism, market insight, and meticulous attention to detail stood out. They managed both transactions with precision: preparing our condo for a successful sale while simultaneously helping us identify, negotiate, and secure the right home for our family. Throughout it all, they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful in their advice, and consistently proactive in keeping us informed. What truly distinguished Anthony and Happy was how personally invested they were in our outcome. We never felt like “just another client.” They advocated for us, anticipated challenges before they surfaced, and handled every step with honesty, confidence, and genuine care.
