Fantastic experience: I was involved in the purchase of the previous poster’s home. Unfortunately, the sellers were awful! I actually reached out to Pamela and asked if she could show us her property because our realtor couldn’t make it on the day that we were in town. She was open to meeting us, even though it was July 4th! She had already had to do an open house for them on Mother’s Day. Pamela was awesome talking to us about the neighborhood and the schools there. At closing, we requested that the sellers show up after we had signed the initial paperwork because they had been so demanding and nitpicky that we didn’t want to sit at the table with them. And of course, they had issues over trying to get reimbursed for a few bucks from the HOA dues. Pamela didn’t owe these people anything! They were awful to her and yet she still managed to sell their house AT LIST and in less time than most houses at that price point. My living arrangement at that home didn’t work out so I contacted Pamela to help me find a house in the same area to purchase. The very next day she had a list to me to look through and met me at my soonest availability to see homes. A listing came up while she was visiting family and she arranged for the owner of the company to meet me and show me the house. When I decided to put in an offer she took care of everything and made sure I was taken care of. At closing she made sure I had all of the utility contacts and gave me recommendations on painters. She’s also sweet enough to arrange for a friend of hers to clean and stain the deck as a housewarming gift. Pamela is the sweetest person and really cares about her clients. She knows the area and the market. She’s the absolute best and when I decide to purchase again she’s the only one I’ll call to help me out!

Negative experience: We're giving this a one star because our agent actually put out a sign up in our front yard! That's it....no hard work here! This was a TERRIBLE experience in selling our house!! Our Real Estale agent was Pamela Tuplin in Euharlee, GA. We knew her through our subsdivion where she once lived. We were NOT & never will be friends with her but reached out to her to give someone in our local community an opportunity to sell our house. First of all, we signed the contract with her & the company she works for. She wrote the information for our home/listing & in our opinion, it sounded like a 6th grader wrote this. She did NOT highlight special features in our home nor did she did she list features in our community that would attract families to this quiet community. Needless to say, my husband & I questioned the verbiage she used & she told us that she had a limited amount of space. So she told us the maximum # of characters & my husband rewrote the intire information. Perhaps, she could use some training in writing when best describing the homes she lists. She also indicated on numerous times that she had a busy "personal life" & may not be able to get back in touch with us as quickly as we needed. She made cute little water bottles with her name on them (from a copier), then she did the same with a few granola bars. Nice touch but not worth her commission! Then, she hosted our 4 hour Open House on Sunday (Morhers Day) & only 4 of our neighbors came by. That was in May. From May to August she did NOT show our house one time! Most of our communication was done via text message & I had to beg her to put an "under contract sign out about 5 days after we were under contract. She met a few other agents there but was obviously NOT interested in selling our home! We closed today & she was VERY unprofessional!! We agreed to an earlier closing date to help the buyers. She sat at the closing table with us & her cell phone rang (out loud) & in our opinion, she obviously didn't care about this closing. And she seemed to be looking at her phone during this closing process. That was very unprofessional.As soon as closing was over, she quickly walked out side the attorneys front door, with out shaking our hands or let alone "thank us" for our businesses. So, I walked outside & ask her if that was it! If she was finished with our closing (received her commission) & just walked out! She should have NEVER left that table without thanking us. I then told her that she was the worse real estate agent we had ever met & that she had the qualities of of being of bagger at Walmart because she was NOT appreciative towards her clients. It's a shame that a company such as yours, allows a "so called" agent to represent your company!! This woman may or may not be a kind hearted person, but as a professional Real Estate Agent, it is our opinion that she is unprofessional & did NOT make our process in selling our home a Happy experience. We will NEVER recommend Pamela Tumplin to anyone!
