Some of her strengths that we saw was identifying things about a house that would be a problem for us if we bought it, telling us specifically what we needed to do or fix with our house before selling it without going over budget, helping us stay within our budget while finding a quality home in a great location that fit our needs (family of six), and more than anything she really listens! Negative experience: We very naively trusted a developer Dawn was representing and recommended. We realized about 2 weeks into the transaction that he would not be able to follow thru as originally stated and asked for our deposit back. They refused. We ended up losing a substantial deposit. Dawn did not have our best interest only that of the developer. Our experience doesn't even deserve one star. **Update: Dawn Frazier; Had the situation transpired as you explain it in your reply, we would have gladly left our deposit, but this is not how it happened and you know it. Your client breached the contract almost immediately after signing. Not only had the house not been started it hadn't even been ordered, one of many more breaches that followed. Oh, one more thought, you were OUR realtor when you introduced us to your client, in case you had forgotten. Merry Christmas!

Fantastic experience: I chose Dawn as a realtor by accident. She had great Google reviews and they were spot on! She is a go-getter who gets the job done. She thinks outside the box. She works hard to get a great deal completed for her clients. I will definitely recommend Dawn and will be using her again to buy more properties.

Fantastic experience: While purchasing a home is stressful in itself, living out of state and doing everything virtually makes the process even more difficult. Dawn was so diligent in keeping us updated every step of the way. From answering questions, sending videos of the property and anything else we needed, she did it. In addition to doing all that was automatically required, she went the extra mile and did a home inspection video for the home insurance company in our absence. That property didn't work out for us, and neither did the second or third lol! We finally found a property that we liked enough to go through with.
