Fantastic experience: We met Dave and Matt at an open house, and from that first interaction, we absolutely loved them. They are incredibly hardworking, personable, and genuinely great people to work with. What really set them apart for us was how different they were from our previous experiences with realtors. In the past, we’ve felt like realtors sometimes played into the fear of, “We’re going to lose this house if we don’t do X, Y, and Z.” Dave and Matt were the complete opposite. They never once made us feel pressured or scared. Instead, they listened to what was actually important to us and fought for those things every step of the way, and ultimately got the job done. Beyond being incredibly hardworking and professional, they are just genuinely cool, personable, and trustworthy people. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever trusted someone in business the way I trusted Dave and Matt. Fantastic experience: Matt Buluva found us the perfect 4 bed 3 bath rental in Wrigleyville! We highly recommend Matt for buying, selling or renting in the Chicagland area! Very knowledgeable - had answers to any question we had ! He visited many rental properties for us - touring and posting them to his website, that we had our own access to . This was helpful as we all are located in different suburbs with limited time to look. He was in constant communication with all of us, several times a day . Within two weeks Matt found us perfection in a Wrigleyville brownstone . He anticipated the unit going quickly and so he helped us through an initial application. We had the first showing- filled out an official application right after. Before, during and after, Matt walked us through each step . He communicated with the other broker and followed up, each time, to make sure we understood and that each of us completed what was needed !

Fantastic experience: First time home buyer here with little to no understanding of the process. Dave was great about helping us really understand the game and addressing questions no matter what they were, even if they were a bit mindless with hindsight. Might be cliche to say but I truly got the impression that he cared about our experience and didn’t short us on time or effort. A final big note too was we never felt pressured into making a decision or pushing above budget. In what was a competitive and sometimes frustrating market, he was supportive of our decisions. Definitely a recommendation from me!
