Fantastic experience: Neil is a true professional with a plethora of knowledge about the area, of quality of housing / appropriate market pricing and overall fit for our needs. He is a true end-to-end real estate agent who makes certain that he finds the right house to meet your needs, stays close through the entire sale to close process and even is available post-close to ensure you can get the right connections to do any repairs or upgrades that are needed. In our case, Neil went above and beyond in finding us the right home but also ensuring that our house post-close was at a condition it should be. It wasn't his responsibility, but he operates with the upmost integrity (unlike some other unscrupulous agents in the area) and his word is his bond. Can't recommend Neil highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Neil sold 2 commercial and 1 residential property of mine in the western chicago suburbs . Two went reasonably quick at and near asking prices. The third was a piece I attempted to sell thru several other firms for two years with minimal traffic and no offers. Neil was able to bring a critcal tenant into the property which made it attractive enough to an investor who bought the property. Of his many excllent qualities I sensed the one that set him apart from others I worked with was "connected".
