Fantastic experience: Mike is a highly experienced real estate agent and knows how to get things done. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and offered sound advice and counseling without pressuring us. We highly recommend Mike! We needed to sell our mother-in-law's house before the beginning of September. We met with Mike the 3rd week of June to look at the house and discuss strategy. After comping the house and assessing the market conditions, Mike suggested we try soliciting a cash offer from some house flippers first as the market was fairly slow at the time. If that didn't result in a decent offer, we would go ahead and try selling the house with Mike. We got an offer fairly quickly. Mike offered to look at the contract and knew exactly what to look for. He determined it was not a good offer and showed us why. We received another offer that looked good. He was out of town on a previously planned vacation so he connected us to a colleague to counsel us in his absence. She was also very helpful. As it worked out, Mike returned before we accepted the offer and he went through the contract to show us what needed to change. Thanks to his counsel, we got a solid offer and closed August 1st!

We really appreciated his honest opinions and insight in the market. We never felt pressured to make quick decisions or make compromises just to get into any house.
