Fantastic experience: John and Chris are the real deal. They are down to earth, extremely professional but not stuck up. They will meet you where you are - if you want/need to sell a house (in my case as part of a divorce) and are not putting any repairs in it, that's okay. They were realistic and honest (as always) - they gave us their prediction and were pretty much right on the mark. The most recent house they sold for us went for $30K over asking. Why? Because they know what they are doing! I cannot say enough good things about the Kawohl Team. We love them so much, throughout the past 15+ years, they have become our 'family realtor' - (for multiple family members) and now we all just consider the Kawohls part of the family. They have put on events during the year (over the years I think there has been Easter Bunny breakfast, Fall family photos, Christmas stuff, etc).
