Positive experience: Staff was rude. Assumed I was trying to to rent in my name for my daughter, when actually we would've been room mates. Took money for application,never called back I had to call them......

Fantastic experience: I have used Mell property management for the past two years for the rental of my home. They have absolutely managed my home well. They select responsible tenants, are efficient in keeping me informed of any challenges or needed repairs. Mell Property staff have been kind in there interactions with me, they are efficient, well organized and their fees are reasonable. Fantastic experience: Jenny is the one who helped me with my process, and A super simple process at that. Was interested in renting a buisness front, dealing with first rental and no history, annd that was no problem. From the day of interest to the day of signing my lease jenny was absolutely on top of it!! any time i messaged , she got back, any questions i had , she asked if she didn’t know. once again this process was super simple for a first time renter and i would recommend MEL property to anyone !!!

Positive experience: I sure wish the real estate agent would call me back about tours! I've been calling for days and she just will not get back to me! Fantastic experience: We've now rented 2 different properties through Mell Property Management. They have a fantastic team. They are very accommodating upon move in. They handle work orders and repairs quickly, even on holidays and never leave any questions unanswered. They are very fair upon move out and don't keep parts of your deposit unnecessarily. We will rent through them until it's time to buy our forever home.

Fantastic experience: Almost two years ago my wife and our three daughters were looking for a new home to rent we were recommended Guardian property management, now Mell Property. The experience we have had working with Jenny has been more than amazing, she was very Professional and personable she made every single step easy. Towards the end of our second year we were hit with a family tragedy that forced us to have to buy a home big enough for all of us, a little faster than planned (my wife grandma was going to be placed on hospice and would be moving in with us) Jenny made every step of our transition so smooth given the circumstances.
