We were very focused on a certain area of Bucks County and she was able to target specific houses that met our needs. She partnered with us on bids on a couple of houses and supported us through negotiations and credits that led to our final closing on our house! Fantastic experience: I have dealt with dozens of realtors over the years and here is why Olga is my favorite. 1) incredibly responsive and sticks to the parameters set forth (price,location,size,features) 2) has tremendous knowledge of physical home structure and laws pertaining to it. For example, I was looking primarily at historical homes, and she was able to distinguish superficial problems from significant ones without resorting to an inspector. She has a very sharp eye and was able to identify problems with certain listings and share her concerns so I didn't waste my time and money on a deposit and inspector.. One of the first homes that I looked at we knew had termite damage, but she was able to locate the source in the actual wall separating the new renovation from the original structure. In the second listing she immediately noticed a crack in the foundation hidden behind the hot water heater. When I finally chose a listing, she was an advocate for me when it came to an inadequate job with the newly placed roof. 3) does not pressure me into any decisions and did not upsell me or push me into a decision that I was uncomfortable with. 4) is incredibly resourceful and always knows about how to find dates on appliances and relevant information that even the selling agent had no idea about What really differentiates Olga from other realtors is that she has great experience that she's willing to share with you and make sure that you get your money's worth. Fantastic experience: Back in the fall of 2015, I went on Angie's List to locate a realtor to eventually sell my condo sometime early 2016. Olga St. Pierre was one of four in the area of whom I knew nothing of or about except for their supposed reputations from Angie's. I called all of the agents from the list, and Olga was the second to respond, while the first said she was going to get back to me later, and never did. From our first telephone conversation, I could tell this lady meant business and knew her way around real estate dealings, and later she proved to me that my first hunch was correct. When it came time to sell my condo for my overseas move, she took charge and set up my home for nearly instant success. She knew what the buyers were expecting and redecorated the place accordingly, directing the already professional photographer to get the best advantage point to make a quick sale for the best going price. Needless to say we became good friends, and she proved she knew here trade by selling my unit at an extremely good price, and way under the deadline that my European home was due for closing. Olga took over all duties while I had to leave earlier before my condo closing date, and expedited all financial and document aspects of the sale.
