Fantastic experience: I met Mr Patrick Hawkins through my nephew. Patrick was his realtor, so I got to observe him as he went through the buying process with my nephew. My nephew was high maintenance as this was his first home buying experience. I knew then, that if Patrick could assist my nephew then he would be my realtor when i got ready to sell my home. Patrick endured changing scenarios with me. Initially I was going to sell, then the pandemic hit and finally changing courses and deciding to rent my home. Patrick walked me thru processing all firms to register my home as a rental property , ensuring everything was legal and binding. Also Patrick is very informative, personal and responsive. Every call and text was answered almost immediately. I wish he could be my realtor at my new location.
