Audrey was efficient, detail-oriented, and a bundle of energy who did not allow the pace to slow. It was clear from the moment I met her that she had years of serious experience. She immediately knew the important things to focus on. Just as importantly, Audrey put me in touch with a terrific contractor who either knew how to do the enormous number of home fixes and improvements himself, or if not then he knew someone who did. The house was in a very sorry state from 10+ years of neglect and a menagerie of pets, and it needed a lot of work. Surprise issues continued to surface over the course of the work; but each time, the contractor came through, working long hours and taking real pride in his work. Thus, in the space of 3 to 4 months, this contractor helped us transform what looked like a frat house to a stunningly updated and sparkling place that received multiple offers at and above asking price. We were delighted with the outcome. Audrey is an amazing agent I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with Audrey and her team. We had a bit of unique situation. We were first-time home buyers, with a typical long list of naive, we're-kind-of-clueless type questions. On top of that, we were on a tight time frame, moving to MD from overseas without any opportunity to physically visit properties of interest, in the middle of a very hot market that had no mercy for naturally cautious movers and careful thinkers like us. Negative experience: Worked with her a couple years ago. We did all the work for her. She sent us a home for sale database and we did all the searching. When we found a home we wanted to see she was never available except for one time so other realtors would show us homes. We finally found a home on our own with a new home builder and she never came to any of the meetings, gave us no info, tips, or assistance during the contract process. She only showed up at closing to collect her check that she did no work for. Would definitely not recommend.

Negative experience: As a first time home buyer, I personally felt Audrey took advantage of me for a quick sell. She told me she would take care of things she didn't (inspection wise) and is now costing me money only a year after I bought my house (termites and roofing problems - that should have been found during the inspection - I used people she heavly pushed for and made me feel uncomfortable to say no). She should have known to have a better termite inspection done aka gone in the house and not just walked around the outside of it (considering she has "been doing this for 19 years and has 5 stars"). She had the termite inspection sent to my lender before gave her the okay, and never asked for my feedback. Side note: gives horrible gift baskets. I truly hope Audrey has gotten better in the past year and will treat her next customer better than the experience I recieved.
