Fantastic experience: Steve was a major asset in the process of my wife and I buying our first home. Early in the process, he took the time to get to learn us and wants and don’t wants. This was quickly put into action when he started sending us listings and taking us to go see homes. We really appreciated his honesty and transparency if we asked questions or brought up concerns. It was evident he was not trying to just close a sale, but wanted to help us find our home that we were truly happy with. Once we found the home we wanted to offer on, Steve worked hard to make sure our asks in the process were answered and we didn’t have to make concessions on our end. Fantastic experience: Rating: 10/10 First time condo seller - thankfully I found Steve Sanelli and the process went like clockwork. My condo needed quite a bit of work to be ready for prime time, Steve was able to guide me on I needed to fix, also connected me with folks who could help in the process: cleaners, handyman, painters, house stagers, photographer - all of which did a great job for a very reasonable price and in short order. In the end, I sold in about a month for list price. Steve was very professional, always available, very knowledgeable, and overall just awesome to work with. Fantastic experience: Steve and his team made our home-buying experience an absolute dream. He went out of his way to communicate with us, drive the process, contact everyone that needed to be contacted and get us into our lovely forever home. We set up a few showings with Steve on Saturday, Feb 13. He called the night before to confirm the time and sequence the viewings to make it easier. When we got to the second home, we knew it was the one for us. Steve immediately stepped up and got the ball rolling. By that evening, we had our loan pre-approval in place, and on the next day, Sunday, Feb. 14th, we put in an offer, which was countered by the seller, but we settled that evening and were under contract. Steve contacted a licensed inspector that he knows, and on Monday morning at 10am, Steve, myself, and the inspector were going through the inspection. By Tuesday morning, Feb 17th, we had the earnest money with the escrow company. Pretty incredible, huh? Well it gets better! Just 30 days later, on March 17th, we met Steve at our new home and took the keys from him. He was outstanding in every way, and I know that we'll see each other again, but as friends this time. You will thank your lucky stars if you are fortunate enough to have Steve Sanelli as your real estate professional.

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Steve Sanelli for just over a year trying to buy a home in the Lake Stevens area. He was very accommodating during our home buying experience. The first year we were looking to buy, Steve came multiple times all the way from the Sammamish area to Lake Stevens. That is a very far commute but he was always willing to come to accommodate our schedules. This was our first home purchase, so we had very little insight on what to look for and what we should be cautious about. Steve was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns during the process. We decided to put a halt during our first year and picked right back up for our second year. After working with Steve starting in January, he found us a great home that we absolutely loved. Fantastic experience: Steve and his brother Mario are the most amazing realtors - I'd recommend them to anyone. The list of their exceptional qualities are too numerous to count, but hire these guys if you want a realtor who: 1. Makes you feel like you are their only client. I obviously knew that they must have other clients, but we always felt like the center of their universe. 2. Offers solid advice, with balanced perspectives, but allows you to ultimately make the decision. They would explain the process to us in ways that made complex things relatable. They provided expert opinions, but weren't pushy like other realtors. They just want you to find the right house. 3. Drops everything for you. We had so many times where we were putting an offer in on a Saturday, or responding to something late at night, and these guys were always there for us to make it happen. That's the bonus in working with both of them - when Steve was out, we could call Mario, and vice versa. 4. Is well connected. They recommended amazing people - we had an great experience with most everyone they brought in, from the mortgage broker, to the stager. 5. Fixes problems. We had a hiccup with the title company, and Steve was the first one on the phone with them trying to iron it out 6. Reduces your overall stress level. Selling and buying a house suck, but these guys eliminated so much of our stress. They took care of the marketing, cleaning our house, getting a stager in, organizing inspections - they were on top of everything and it was so nice to not have to play that role. They made home buying what it should be - fun and exciting. 7. Super nice guys. They're people I legitimately wanted to be friends with after all this was said and done 8. Actually "get" your style - they would send me houses that were exactly the types of places we wanted - and we have very specific preferences. Bottom line, hire these guys. You won't regret it.
