Marin's Finest Real Estate

Fantastic experience: As a fellow Realtor in Marin, we all know that Vince Sheehan is a trusted, ethical and great person to work with! His popularity and expertise is authentic!

Fantastic experience: We've known Vince for more than 15 years and would not use any other Real Estate agent! He sold us two homes which turned out to be awesome investments always being a wonderful person with whom to work. He is honest, knowledgeable, well-mannered and full of great advice. What's more is that he knows a lot of good quality service providers that homeowners might need. He is a good friend to our son which is how we met him initially--what a great family man and fantastic role model for his kids. Congratulations Vince on 50 Years in the business!!

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacy helped us purchase our first home and it was an incredible experience. They were incredibly timely / responsive, knowledgable (with every question we threw at them, and we had a ton as first time buyers!), and all around just great to be around. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a home in the area, whether it your first or 5th purchase.

Fantastic experience: Stacy and Vince are incredible! They helped us to buy our first home and they were so knowledgeable and patient with us. They walked us through every step of the process and made what should have been a stressful experience very easy. We would not have found our dream home without them!

Fantastic experience: We chose Marin's Finest to sell our mobile home in Novato. It could not have gone better. Our realtor, Diego Barajas, was on it from day one. Before the listing hit MLS he had shown the property to several prospective buyers and we had an acceptable offer within days. From there the paperwork went smoothly and we closed without a single issue. Who could ask for more? Diego, Stacy, and Vince are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. -Jeff and Shauney Wilson

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting Stacy at an open house, and I was fortunate enough to have her become my realtor. Stacy is kind, patient, funny and incredibly dedicated. She always made time to meet with me whenever I found a listing online and proactively sent updates and recommendations for homes she thought I might like. Even if a home wasn't exactly my style, Stacy encouraged me to explore it, helping me better understand what I wanted and needed as a first-time homebuyer. Her patience and professionalism were unparalleled. Stacy guided me through every step of the process and never hesitated to make multiple stops to ensure I found the perfect home. Over the course of four years, as my work relocations caused my search area to shift across the Bay Area, Stacy remained supportive, never showing frustration or impatience. Stacy's partner, Vince, is equally fantastic, and together they make an incredible team. Their combined efforts provided me with an outstanding home-buying experience. I cannot recommend Marin's Finest enough. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or someone looking for a new place to live, this duo is exceptional. Thank you, Stacy and Vince, for helping me find my perfect home. It was truly the best experience I could have asked for!

Fantastic experience: The team of Vince and Stacy are outstanding in every respect. When my mother passed in November, we had a house to sell which had not been on the market since 1963. That is exactly what it looked like too. SF’s Finest real estate team when through the house and brought it up to modern standards. In a matter of weeks they brought in groups of contractors to go through the home from top to bottom. It was staged so that it has never looked better. Our family was amazed that it was the same house we were brought up in. Due to Vince and Stacy’s efforts, we were able to get more than asking price for the home. Equally important to us is that the family that is now moving in can enjoy this property and make it their own. The way the property was taken care of by the team honors my mother’s memory. For this we are grateful. Thank you, Vince and Stacy, you are indeed SF’s finest! Mark Gallagher Former resident of 1780 Eucalyptus Dr, San Francisco

Fantastic experience: We loved working with Stacy & Vince, and will absolutely seek them out in the future if/when we sell and look for another home. As first-time buyers with lots and lots of questions, they promptly shared their abundance of knowledge and quickly connected us with people who could answer anything they were unsure about. We were out of town for much of the house hunting search, but they didn't hesitate to go tour houses we expressed interested in and send us detailed videos and their honest commentary. When it came down to submitting an offer on the place we now own, they hustled to ensure our questions were answered, communications with the seller were prompt, and all i's dotted + t's crossed in the process. Beyond all that, they are friendly, funny, and down-to-earth folks who we genuinely enjoy spending time with.

Fantastic experience: Vince Sheehan and Stacy Lynch were a wonderful realtor team who helped me find a home in Novato. I needed long distance assistance because I was living in the LA area. Vince and Stacy were highly recommended by my trusted realtor in LA. They made my home selection and decision process easy. They showed me many houses based on my list of requirements and I found just what I was looking for. They made the process go smoothly for offer and counter offers, recommending and overseeing inspections, communications with seller's agent, and escrow paperwork while I was back in LA. After the closing they continued to help by recommending and facilitating meetings with a handyman and flooring contractor, picking up the mail, and forwarding my additional questions to the seller. I am very happy to have worked with the great team of Vince and Stacy at Marin's Finest Real Estate.

Fantastic experience: Stacy and Vince are incredible to work with. They were thoughtful and thorough across the entire home-buying process. Truly a premium level of service throughout. We were so lucky to work with a team that had our back, helping us to see the pros, cons, and trade offs with each property we evaluated. Stop looking for a realtor and start working with Marin’s Finest. Thank you, Stacy and Vince!

Fantastic experience: We used Stacy Lynch at Marin's FInest for our recent purchase of a mobile home in Novato. It was a lucky choice...she was our agent and helped us negotiate a much better deal than if we had gone right to the listing agent. Also, she was wonderful to deal with: constantly available by phone and email, full of ideas and suggestions, highly knowledgeable about the area, and overall just a pleasure. You can't go wrong!

Fantastic experience: After interviewing three nation-wide real estate agencies, I was recommended to call Marin Finest, Novato. I reached out to Stacy and Vince at Marin Finest and I was so happy I did! They provided exceptional service and guided me through the whole procedure of selling my house including staging. They were both so helpful throughout. Due to their great advice, the house sold within five days after it was put up for sale - even above the listed price.

Fantastic experience: Stacy and Vince did an amazing job in getting my townhouse listed and sold in a flash!! Thank you. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were referred to Stacy and Vince by a realtor that worked with my mother since we were first time homebuyers looking in Marin county, and I must say how incredibly fortunate we were to work with them throughout the whole buying process. As anyone can imagine as first time homebuyers, we were very overwhelmed and had a lot to learn. But what made it so much smoother and reassuring was having Stacy and Vince there to guide us. They were all about making sure they were looking for the things we wanted but also setting realistic expectations. We never felt any pressure to go in a certain direction when looking for houses. They always made sure to inform us of everything from looking at a specific house to the gritty details of mortgage loans. They were very approachable and also took extra time and effort to check in on us. It honestly felt like we were their only clients. Stacy and Vince are an amazing team, and you can really tell that they care both about their clients and their practice. I highly recommend anyone who is looking in the Marin area to reach out to them. We are extremely grateful we did as they really are Marin’s Finest.

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacy go above and beyond in every way. We've completed several real estate transactions with their help and they treated each one as if it were their own. They know what they're doing, they know the market, and we always feel like we're in good hands with them. The care and personal attention they provide are unlike anything we've seen. As a bonus, somehow they make it all fun and are such amazing people, we want to hang out with them even when we aren't doing a deal!

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacey are so knowledgeable of the Marin market that it was a pleasure working with them. Selling my townhouse went smoothly and stress free, they are a great team to work with. They kept me updated through the whole process and got me top dollar!!

Fantastic experience: Great full-service real estate team! Friendly and easy to work with, with lots of good ideas to update two inherited California homes with lots of deferred maintenance. If I had anything else to sell in Marin, they would be my go-to real estate team. Two very helpful and pleasant people.

Fantastic experience: Vince will do the little things as well as the big things to help you sell or buy ( he's done both for us ) your house. He is professional and personable. He is truly one of the good guys.

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacy helped us purchase our home in record time. We were visiting Marin on a short house-hunting trip and thought we would be looking for a year. They helped us get it done in a week, and were efficient, smart and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacy of Marins Finest have served my family for over 10 years in three separate transactions. Their subject matter expertise, attention to detail and strategy sets them apart. If you’re looking to buy or sale, or looking for freindly real estate experts to help navigate your next steps - Stacy and Vince will ensure you’re well informed and supported throughout the experience.

Fantastic experience: For personal reasons, I was in need of investing some funds in real estate within a limited time. Vince and Stacey understood exactly where i was coming from and what my needs were. They kept in constant touch, and looked into all the details of my needs. I felt their advice was very personal and caring --- for my good, and not for their profit. They became like family and still are. One or the other is always available and they follow through on everything. Yes, I highly recommend them...............

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacy are the hardest working agents in the area. These folks put the client's goals and needs FIRST! They guide you through the process if you're a first time buyer/seller. I had a very specific list of needs when I purchased my home and not only did they find something that met my needs, but the stuck with me during the entire process and quickly and successfully dealt with the issues that came up so that I could close and move in on time.

Fantastic experience: Vince and Stacey were the most attentive, professional and generous realtors I have ever worked with in my many real estate transactions. They are perfect for both home seller and buyer because they know the intricacies of the business, the best professionals in the surrounding areas and best of all they bring a confidence to the seller and buyer through the ardous process of a real estate transaction.

Fantastic experience: Vince helped us sell a condo years ago. Everything went so smoothly. We also used Vince and Stacey’s services to buy a house in Novato. They were so helpful in finding an incredible house that was just what we were looking for. You can’t go wrong with such a dynamic duo!

Fantastic experience: Just as economy was bottoming out and mortgage company's were going under, Vince helped us buy our first home. It was a short sale, before much of the back and forth that ruined many of them were sorted out. Vince helped us look for homes and we found one that met our needs for size location and budget. We're still in our starter home a decade later. Interest rates are back up to what they were and the inventory is worse. 12 years later and we wouldn't be able to afford to buy here. So pleased he was patient and dilligent as our real estate agent at just the right time. Glad we have a home and pleased with how he helped us.

Fantastic experience: Vince & Stacy were recommended to me by a close friend and I can’t say enough how grateful I am for their help. They guided me through the process, the details of which were often overwhelming. Their expertise with both buying & selling real estate is obvious very quickly. Their knowledge of the market is always current and they know how to adjust for change. Their resources are deep and provided professional services. They both took the time to help us develop the best plan to sell the home quickly and for a great price. They helped us market the property to attract the right buyer. Vince and Stacy also went above and beyond with help getting vital repairs done on short-notice, as well as many other details to make sure the process went well. Thanks Vince & Stacy

When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Vince & Stacy. Thank you...

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I recently went through the process of purchasing our very first home. We had reservations on what to expect with the whole process. Buying your first house can be very stressful and emotional. Stacy and Vince were incredible, they were with us every step of the way and often times leading the charge. They were insightful, honest, positive, and most of all caring. They didnt want to just put us in a home. They wanted to make sure the home we found fit both our current and future needs. I cant begin to endorse these two enough. We will continue to reference them to our friends, family, and anyone who is in the market.

Fantastic experience: No 2 greater neighbors, realtors, and business partners out there. 10/10 would recommend every time.
