Negative experience: I have been in my home for 5 years and company is soliciting me to sell my home. Will never use century 21...Never

Negative experience: Was looking for an agent — was going to contact this agency until I saw one of their agents (Marianna Cote) call someone “fatty” among other things on social media. If you’re going to advertise your business… assume customers will do their due diligence and research before choosing representation. I’d hate to work with someone that looks down on me.

Fantastic experience: First time buying a home but Paula really broke things down and made me feel comfortable, was a pleasure to be around, and had my back!

Negative experience: If I could give this brokerage 0 stars I would - but you have to give at least 1to leave a review. My agent did not perform his due diligence, he was careless with documents, his professionalism is severely lacking. My property was poorly represented while in Matthew Mandeville’s hands. My agent did not attend open houses with me or even private showings, nor did he have one of his co-agents accompany me. When Lynn called to do a customer satisfaction survey she was quite appalled at the issues brought to her attention yet the broker nor Matthew did anything to reconcile this disaster.

Fantastic experience: Century 21 Limitless PRG is one of the best realty companies around Rhode Island. Their team of experts is first-class and helpful. Specifically, I would highly recommend Paula Cardi. She is a great real estate agent. Paula Cardi helped me buy my first property and sell it. Paula was efficient, patient, and understanding when I was buying and selling my property. She always answered all my questions and was always available via phone or text. All of these together are great qualities to have as a real estate agent when your buyer is a first-time home buyer with no expertise in the housing market like me at the time. If anyone in RI or MA needs to buy or sell, I would always recommend Paula Cardi and her team as the best in town.

Negative experience: *Stay away from this company and any of their associates* My partner and I recently purchased a property being represented by Michael Veltri from Premier Realty Group and the experience was an absolute nightmare. We should have known the moment we saw the property—Michael was unfriendly, not helpful, and seemed to have little interest in showing us the place. Michael and Melissa demonstrated shady and untrustworthy business practices towards the end of our transaction when a delay came up that was out of our control. They acted unethically and attempted to threaten us, refused to sign either an extension or a release which we were well within contract to request based on contingencies. They eventually stopped communicating entirely with our realtor and acted like, for lack of any better term, children. We were fortunate to have a good team on our side that pulled things together and made us able to buy the home we loved, but every aspect that involved Premier was a headache. On the day of our final walkthrough, furniture was left in the property and when we asked Michael about it, despite having already told him numerous times that we wanted every item out before closing, he just shrugged. Buy or sell through literally any other realtor or company!

Fantastic experience: My home buying experience was very wonderful. It was a pleasure working with Carla Patricio. She was very knowledgeable and professional, she made the whole process easy for me. When I was about to give up on buying a house because of many obstacles, her resilience and strength kept me going. She was always a text message away even beyond her working hours. She is the best realtor in RI.

My realtor Carla Patricio was the most professional and genuinely made the purchase of my home a very uncomplicated process. I moved to Warwick Rhode Island from Philadelphia and from the time I contacted Premier Carla made sure the process was easy and explained it took less than a year for me to find my dream home purchase and relocate from over 400 miles away. Kind, patient, professional and courteous are just some things that come to mind right away. In my case there were some challenges in securing a mortgage and Connie was there for me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Connie Pepin and Premier Realty to anyone looking for a home.

Negative experience: I got an unsolicited call about purchasing a house (I was not looking to do so). I asked to be removed from their list and then got an email several minutes later soliciting business again. Not a very solid business plan.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Luis- we have some experience in real-estate so we were not as dependent on our realtor for basic information (we now own 4 properties) but Luis filled in all the gaps for us as we looked to buy our first house in Rhode Island- he had the best information, current technology to make things easy from out of state, fantastic communication and persistent followup to our benefit. True professionalism and courtesy are hard to come by but our experience was nothing short of that. We will be using Premier to help us source rentals, and again should we look to expand our portfolio in RI

Negative experience: Be careful, if you put 1 inquiry in, they will call you 10 times a day until you answer. Even after you have asked them to stop calling, they still will. I've already received 4 calls from them within the last hour and asked every time for them to stop calling me. I know they are trying to get leads...but this is the wrong way to do it. Shameful business practice.
