Fantastic experience: Working with Emmanuel was a fantastic experience. He was professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and making everything feel easy and stress-free. Negative experience: Under any circumstances do not do Business with Manny. Unscrupulous business dealings as a realtor. When showing an apartment, he did not inform potential tenants that another person would be living in the basement. He claimed “he was not present, his assistant was supposed to.” So he clearly did not follow up and does not have reliable help. Why is he not at the showing himself? He will also lead you on for over a month before you get any type of notice about if you got an apartment, making you feel like a contender amongst “over fifty people” as if getting an apartment is supposed to feel like Lord of the Flies. Take your business elsewhere and work with a responsible realtor with business integrity.

Fantastic experience: So I traveled for work to RI and found the most lovely apartment to rent while working In Woonsocket! I rented a third floor 2 bedroom apartment which was so comfortable, clean, safe and just cozy!!! Just me and my little side kick for almost 6 months! There was an issue with the way the washer was draining (yes each of us tenants had our own washer & dryer in the basement) ,and one text … snap… there was a guy there in less 24 hours time checking out the washer!!! My neighbors were friendly and we shared the driveway and street parking without issue!!! One thing to mention, understand the snow parking for the town if winter renting!7 Can’t say enough good about the landlords here!!! They were just so easy to reach out to!!!!
