Negative experience: Horrible on approving applications how is that even possible that is been almost a week i have all the proof to qualify for a apartment and nobody doing anything about it they as 2.5 on 118 catherine st is 1100 my income is 2800 and 2.5 times 1100 is 2750 so if i have everything to qualify for apartments no eviction and a credit of 721 what is the problem to qualify for a apartments?

Negative experience: Completely bad it’s good pricing for rent 55 highland ave but comes with roaches I try to contact them they call exterminator for them but they still keep coming back

Negative experience: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT EVER LIVE OR MOVE HERE . $900 for a BEYOND SMALL STUDIO . on top of that they dont tell you it is INFESTED WITH INSECTS , baby roaches everything. saw a mouse once too! i got right out of there after staying for 4 months once the real hidden nastyness popped up! management is M.I.A ! dont move here

Negative experience: Constant mold n mildew in my bathroom. I've lived here for eight years and not once did they paint, meanwhile my walls are pealing with bubbles coming out my walls. For some reason my refrigerator is rusting on the outside in my kitchen. They cover up problems instead of fixing it.

Fantastic experience: As a first time renter, I can highly recommend the agency to anyone whom is looking for an affordable apartments. Best part is that the apartments are well kept. All the agents are very professional and kind. If the apartments need any repairs, the agency will respond to the request and assist with repairing damages as required.

Fantastic experience: My experience is good overall they work with me pertaining to my rent. If I don’t have the full amount each month, I can make payment arrangement and if there’s anything that’s broken in the apartment, they always send their people out to fix so overall my experience with them over the years good.

Negative experience: Terrible management support they only want the help when it's beneficial one of the worst government facilities me and my family had ever had to deal with

Negative experience: I informed the person showing the property my credit situation that it’s not that good and that I got section 8 they told me to fill it out the application anyways because they work with credit their is a application fee . Never got a response to if I got accepted or denied I personally think they do it often to just charge the money from multiple people. I would have never payed for the application in the first place if they would have said they don’t work with credit I’m a single mother that do not have money to be spending on multiple application fee that’s why I was upfront .

Negative experience: Improving their homes, and not wanting to get richer with other hardworking people's money. Long story short, lived in one of their apartments for 2 years, never late on payments, great tenant. They never got a single complaint from me. Throught 2 years there were not improvements made on the house, house is kept on horrible conditions. Conditions that the owners WOULD NEVER LIVE ON. Their lack of organization and failure to keep competent clerks at the front office cost me my security deposit. Supposedly I failed to give them a 30 day notice to move out, which I did verbally to the secretary at the office, sent them a letter a week after and even return them the keys 10 days before I was supposed to. Btw that specific secretary was nowhere to be found whe
