Negative experience: Barbara Zink’s shady and dishonest business style screwed me out of an entire Sunday (Mother’s Day) after dragging myself 45mins each way with a painful spinal disease. When I get there, there is a MASSIVE construction site RIGHT across the street. It was so awful I didn’t even go in the house. When I angrily contacted this so called listing agent, she defended the BS listing. First she tried to blame MY realtor for not reading the notes on the property (which he did). Here are her notes: “Construction is for a fabricating plant and will be insulated for sound.” That was it. One line at the bottom of the notes. No photo of the site. No mention that it’s right outside the front door. I’m sure she “accidentally “ left the photos of the construction site out of the listing, but it’s a shady way to sell a house. She then yelled at me about the awesome EIGHT offers she got on the house. Best of luck to anyone that deals with this nasty and unprincipled “professional”.
