To be succinct, it has been a challenging period of life for me -- divorce, custody issues, and then a surprise open heart surgery for an inherited problem. I needed help selling my house and finishing a move to be closer to my four kids. The house I purchased turned into a much bigger project than expected. My bandwidth was limited. Alan and his small team assisted me in every aspect of moving the rest of my things out, and cleaning up a property that needed some fine touches [because I had moved already]. Alan put his money into my house, found us a buyer, and was patient and respectful at a time when I needed it. Were I to do things over - a "mulligan", so to speak, I would do it the same way. He was responsive, attentive and maintained a positive outlook, occasionally doubling as an impromptu therapist when I became distraught that the darn place would never sell. It did though- and in the timeframe that he said it would.
