Negative experience: Very disrespectful nice at first but after they don’t care

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with Legacy Propery Management services. They found a great tenant for me very quickly and have been on top of all issues that the tenant had specially early on since I had remodeled my place. Wayne the owner is an extremely friendly and professional ​person and understands everything from both an owner and a tenants perspective and addresses all of them efficiently. Highly recommend this company to manage your property.

The Project Manager, Brian, is great too and often times will be at our home the same day of submitting a request for minor repairs etc. As a tenant, I highly recommend finding a property managed by Legacy. Negative experience: I would be extremely wary of this company. I would not be surprised if all, if not most, of the reviews are apocryphal. Property management companies are notoriously devious, and this one is no exception.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Legacy Property Management for about 1 year now as they have been helping to manage my condo rental. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. Truthfully, I had never rented my home before and was unsure what would be required or involved. Luckily, Legacy Property Management came thru in every way and has made the entire process seamless for me. Both Steve and Wayne have been extremely attentive and very professional. From the very first day, Steve was super helpful and answered all my questions as well as walked me thru the entire rental process. He was the only management company that offered to meet in person as the rest that I had called wanted to give me "estimates" over the phone without having ever seen my home. Steve was very personable and was someone I felt very comfortable chatting with. Afterward, I've been very fortunate to work directly with Wayne who has been fantastic. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years experience in this industry. He promptly answers my email concerns / questions. He has been on top of my tenants requests and reaches out to me when only absolutely necessary. Otherwise the entire process has been hands off which is exactly what I wanted. Now that the 1st year is almost done, he's been proactive on the renewal process and provided his professional recommendation on next steps. Also I have to add that Wayne made the tax season easy for me and provided all the necessary documents promptly. I highly recommend Legacy Property Management to manage your home rental!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to rent my condo in Lake Forest, CA but I did my research and found Wayne and Steve at Legacy Property Management. They found a tenant within 2 weeks at the rate that I thought was fair. Communication is a breeze as they are always quick to respond to any of my questions. All the terms of our agreement were very clear and they have been very great to work with over the past year. Knowing that they already managed units in my complex was especially reassuring. I highly recommend them!

I've been working with him since 2019 and it's been an excellent experience. He found a new tenant during the first couple weeks of Covid when I thought I'd have a long vacancy. He's immediately responsive and most importantly found a great tenant.

Fantastic experience: Legacy was recommended to me by a friend and they have been absolutely great to work with. This was our first time renting out our place, Wayne and his team did an excellent job answering all of our questions and going over the responsibilities of the property management team, the tenant and us as the owners. Wayne was able to find us a solid tenant in the middle of the quarantine taking care to find someone who could afford the rent and pay on time, which is a big relief. Legacy also has a great network of handimen to address repairs and general up keep of the property and so far the cost for such has been quite reasonable and fair. Legacy also has a great organized billing and payment site where you can look at your statements and all the transactions related to your property, which is very helpful when doing your taxes. Bottom line Wayne and his team at Legacy are awesome very professional and trustworthy and they will find you a solid tenant!

Fantastic experience: Wayne is the property manager for my condo. He is very professional. I have online access to all data such as rent collected, tenant information, expenses, etc. I was particularly impressed with how he handled a leak issue that the neighbor was complaining about. He went on premises multiple times, talked to the neighbors, got a plumber to fix the issue, and supervised the whole process. Definitely recommend his services

Fantastic experience: Wayne helped us find a reliable tenant more than 2 years ago and we never had any problems with the tenants. We had a water leak event one time and Wayne was able to communicate that to us immediately and act fast on solving that problem. Legacy property may charge a slight higher fee but we find their service is a good value especially when we are out of state now.

Fantastic experience: Wayne has always been helpful, friendly and professional in his handling of issues. He is one of the best property managers that I have had the pleasure to work with. One example that I appreciated in 2020 was when he coordinated and permanently resolved a major plumbing problem that involved a full day of dismantling a portion of the deck, digging up a section of large piping that roots had broken into, replacing the section and putting it all back together. The team that he hired even provided pictures of the problem to help me understand exactly the cause. I am happy to continue working with him and his company and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved into our new place managed by legacy. Prior to us living here it sat empty for a number of years. Because of that there were more “issues” then you would find ordinarily. That obviously has nothing to do with the management company. With all our issues Legacy we very professionally and prompt to respond. We had a hot water problem in our shower and Wayne was sure to respond even on the weekend which impressed me. They have been very reasonable and pleasant to work with.
