Negative experience: Ryan rented my Daughter and young toddler a condo in RSM with a one year lease. We fronted 5 mos of rent up front to secure the lease..along with very good credit. The condo belonged to a woman who moved up North for a job opportunity? Unfortunately..2 mos. Into the lease..he contacted my Daughter and asked for the condo back. His client had returned to RSM and wanted her property back. We had done extensive clean up and repairs in the unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were both left filthy. We have pictures. We rented the unit with the understanding that we would like to be long term tenants. Along with the mental shock of being asked to move 2 mos after moving in..the lack of professionalism that Mr Argue displayed was appalling. Who would even call and ask? Of course the answer was NO. We had a legal lease..and BESIDES..He had 5 mos of our rent money. We were good tenants..even improving the property. This caused ALOT of anxiety for my newly separated daughter. Eventually leading to giving up the condo early to the owner who was pressuring them to leave. NOT A GOOD LOOK RYAN. NOT A GOOD PLAN A. More like an "F"..for lack of compassion transparency and professionalism. Be careful. Ask this guy alot of questions. Get it all on paper. Still did not prevent them from causing alot of pain..promising one arrangement..then changing their minds. NOT COOL

Fantastic experience: My wife and I tried to sell our home with another realtor friend who tried very hard to but unfortunately was unable to sell our home after several months of showings and appointments.. We had things in our home that needed to be replaced or repaired like the AC and the kitchen but we had no solutions. Fantastic experience: Unlike all the other real estate agents Ryan came to our front door and introduced himself. He left a very favorable and memorable impression. So much so that I knew if we were ever going to sell our home he would be the person we would use. He checked in on us from time to time also. Fantastic experience: While considering the sale of my home, I reviewed some local agent advertisements, I contacted Ryan who made himself available to meet and I immediately noticed things that encouraged me to go with Ryan and look no further. The first was that Ryan started by listening… asking how I am doing currently in my own lifestyle and situation, what were my thoughts on selling or why I might consider selling. Was this due to a good situation such a job potential or less favorable situation such as a divorce? Ryan appears to have a calm manner about him. There was no unnecessary drama or intensity needed to sell himself or his added value to selling my home. We talked about the current market and what his thoughts were in regard to making changes or improvements in this market to make a home more appealing and of value to buyers in my neighborhood. After listing my home with Ryan, he continued to be engaged, available, and responsive to phone calls, texts and emails when we needed to communicate. I also noticed that Ryan continued to be available and proactive when the news was not as great, like viewings of the home from buyers that were looking for something different or were not happy about something specific to the home like a cul-de-sac or room size. Ryan provided a real world view of my home sale process and his team was ahead of schedule and on top of every issue as quickly as they came up.
