Fantastic experience: I began working with Cole Dudley a little over a year ago through a recommendation from a developer active in the Nash County market. I had approximately 600 acres that our family wanted to sell. Cole helped us sell all of the land primarily to individuals seeking a large farm home site as well as a larger acreage tract to a developer. We sold the first portion of the acreage in July 2025 and have closed on eight tracks to date with the last of the property under contract to close in the next few weeks. Cole worked with the individual land purchasers to obtain the land layout that they were seeking while preserving the value and utility of the remaining acreage. Cole is a turnkey real estate broker and advisor who helped our family sell our property quickly and without ever having to leave our home in Charlotte.

Fantastic experience: Cole was excellent from start to finish in helping my wife and me purchase our home. He communicated clearly, kept everything moving on a very tight timeline, and provided support throughout the process. After closing, Cole went above and beyond by helping resolve issues that were not his responsibility and ensuring things were made right. His team and trusted partners were also instrumental in streamlining the process from offer to close.

Negative experience: I would give no stars if I could. Terrible communication. Ignores you for days. Would go with someone else to sell your home. As a matter of fact I did and it sold in less than 2 months with the new agent and it sat on the market for the whole contract with Adam. Also wouldn’t let us out of the contract even though he wasn’t doing his job. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Zero stars. Terrible real estate agency. Incompetent people with agents that don't even know the property they are showcasing to clients. Wasted three months with them and they couldn't even get one legitimate buyer.
