Negative experience: HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY CHARGED US $120 IN APPLICATIOM FEES MADE IT SOUND GOOD AND DENIED US OVER A PROPERTY WE STAYED IN YEARS AGO, this property haven’t made it difficult for us to get approved with anyone else, they’re denying everyone and taking money but aren’t renting houses out BE CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING TO THIS COMPANY !

Fantastic experience: The lady in the office is always very nice and friendly.

Positive experience: The initial move-in process was a nightmare. The previous tenant left the place in horrid condition, with the stove and carpets being a complete mess. To add to the woes, the plumbers digged up two large patches of cotton wipes. The house also had serious sewage problem, which management really took awhile before finally fixing it. Once the initial hiccups were sorted out, living in the house was enjoyable. The surroundings were peaceful and pleasant, offering a serene atmosphere. However, I really disliked the neighbor, who often let their dogs roam unleashed (even two really big ones). One of the highlights for me was the property's convenient distance to my workplace. This was a significant factor in my decision to rent the place and greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction and felicity.

Positive experience: To be in a business based around customer service you have to contribute in many ways that are going to be positive. The homes for rent are a 50/50 as some are ran down & others that are beautiful! When it comes to personalities, well that too is 50,50...I can say when asked about real estate I don't pick them as my 1st nor my last...I feel that they do have an awesome track with giving back to the community! They are donors to many organizations throughout

Negative experience: Will never rent from this company again after I leave. Unfortunately, due to the housing market post pandemic, it is hard to find another rental or anything to buy currently. Have been at my current house for about a year and a half and there has been a large hole in the living room floor that we have to walk around and it has just gotten progressively worse with time. When we try to get any kind of maintenance on it we get told by the office that "they don't work for us" and I've gotten a continuous attitude and have even been hung up on in the middle of me trying to explain the maintenance issues with the house. If it was a small issue I would not even bother I would just live with it, you would think a foundation issue would be a priority. The plumber for the house is rude as well. He comes and a couple days later the tub, bathroom sink and kitchen sink clogs . We try to explain that it's a bigger issue than a small clog and noone will help or fix it. It's gotten so bad that we can't wash our clothes because the water pipe for the washer floods our kitchen. Edit: That is incorrect the handy man has not scheduled a time with us, we tried calling and texting and got no reply. When I have asked to get the contractors numbers the office refuses and tells us that they can't give us the number. So we basically just have to wait and see if they will call us or not. And so far it has been not. I am not interested in talking to anyone at the office anymore about these issues they are rude for no reason when I just try to get answers and help.

Negative experience: Bad service they never want to fix nothing if you called them they take 3 months just to come out my windows dont open they said they not opening it up cause mold was in my house

Negative experience: They're not the smartest people. One lady at the front office tried to steal cash from me. Also, they take advantage of their tenants, especially those who are less fortunate.

Negative experience: I would give Zero stars if I could. I only lived in Wilson for exactly 1 month. I was assured that the area I was moving into was nice. After the fact, someone drained a 550 gallon tank full of oil and diesel into my backyard. It took 4 days for someone to come out and removed the soil. Within those days, I couldn’t live in the house. Because all you could smell was oil and fumes. There’s two OTHER incidents where someone tried breaking into my home. I have video footage to back it up. Mind you Allyson had FULL knowledge of everything going on. Thanks to my cameras Wilson PD came out ASAP. I spoke to Allyson at Womble Real Estate that I would be moving due to all of the criminal acts that had happened and lack of decency to help a renter. I paid for the whole month of July and August I turned in my keys August 17. I was not refunded the last two weeks that I was not at the rental property.

Negative experience: This place will beg and serve court papers for their rent but will not fix nothing.

Negative experience: All of their properties are run down and they never fix anything wrong with the apartments. I rented from them and had a leak in my roof for the entire length of my lease. They never visit their properties before letting g people view them. Some of the empty places are either missing stoves or have old mattress and trash still in them. Sad

Fantastic experience: Very informative to potential buyers and accommodating. Very knowledgable about the local economy and what going on in the city. Seems like they are more then a real estate company. Besides selling houses they are active in being a part of renovating and adding value to Wilson as a whole. It everything goes smooth hopefully I will be buying property from them soon.

Positive experience: Tells you the amount for rent as well as security deposit so there is no guessing
